The law firm (Jackson Lewis) appears to be authentic: https://www.jacksonlewis.com and they claim to represent Chaincode Labs: https://chaincode.com

There is no GPG signature or OTS proofs of the statements as a cryptographic authentication of the counterparties.

The authenticity and legal status of this document is unclear and therefore unilateral removal of it by the platform might have legal implications for Medium and its administrators.

The document is published under MIT license.

File has been received as PDF and re-exported as JPEG.

As of today March 21th, there is no clarity on my side if it’s a forgery or not from a third-party fool, so by advance my apologies to Chaincode Labs for their name associated to it.
